The handle slowly stopped working to the point I could only lock/unlock the latch after trying for 10+ minutes every time. The problem wasn't the white handle itself but the inner latch stopped working.. I'm 99% sure I broke off the handle though so I'll need that as well. Don't know if there are ... (cont.)

Hello . i tried to order a part from Swisco but end up being wrong part (order 1553541) the wrong part ordered was slightly to wide , didnt fit in slot of sliding door .Can you figure ou what part to order? thanks Mike Phillips

Hello, the locking latch or lever on my patio door has broken off. I did remove the whole handle and lock mechanism which I have attached pictures. I tried to replace my latch with the 82-339 but the face plate holes dont match. Does the 82-265 holes different then the 82-239.
