Hello, the locking latch or lever on my patio door has broken off. I did remove the whole handle and lock mechanism which I have attached pictures. I'm not sure if I just need the white handles or if I need the whole lock? I did go to the local hardware store however they did not have the duel locki ... (cont.)

I only need the mortise lock and possibly the strike if the hook locations are different.

I tried to replace my latch with the 82-339 but the face plate holes dont match. Does the 82-265 holes different then the 82-239. ALL the deminions match the 265 but you dont show the deminions on the face plate holes. Pic is my old latch. What is the push button in the middle my old one doesn't hav ... (cont.)
