Good afternoon, I just closed on this house and the sliders are in good shape but the lock is missing. Do you have any replacement locks that would fit this opening.

Top latch won't return to the open position

I recently purchased a 82-239 lock but the face plate didn't line up quite right with the door and the original face plate didn't line up with the new lock. I think I might actually need the 82-265 lock. I've attached photos with and without the face plate so you can see how it lines up. The "out ... (cont.)

And the internal latch and lock mechanism there are a pair in number 6.264.252 and there is also one other Pat in number Pat in number 5.820.170 on the opposite side there is also a date stamped in it says September 08

The handle slowly stopped working to the point I could only lock/unlock the latch after trying for 10+ minutes every time. The problem wasn't the white handle itself but the inner latch stopped working.. I'm 99% sure I broke off the handle though so I'll need that as well. Don't know if there are ... (cont.)
