82-239 Multi-Point Mortise Lock and Keeper, 9-7/8"

I am looking for a complete unit to replace this one. The one I have now will not lock.

I'm hoping that you can help me find a part to my sliding glass door. The lock went bad on it. It's not a key lock. You can only flip the lock lever from the inside of the door to lock it. The longest part of the mortise part is 10 inches long.

There is a part number on the door frame. Duralite L2 090616 01:54
