Top and bottom holes on white trim face plate are 11" apart (center) The 2 inside holes on white trim face plate are app 3 1/8" apart The 2 side holes oval shaped that hold handles on are app. 3 15/16" I think I found the right replacement at one point in my search on your website and you show ... Hello, I recently purchased the 82-239 mortise lock but it didn't line up. The main issues: 1. On the 82-239 there are no holes in the new lock to attach the old white face plate. No markings on lock except "Pat Pending". Door is 5 years old, probably Reliabilt, which I'm told by Jeld-Wen could be theirs or Atrium or someone else's, since Reliabilt is a Lowes generic product name. Looking for a PSLMLDH524 double hook mortise lock. It is coming out of a Reliabilt by Atrium 332 sliding glass door. I think that this 82-265 might work. But would like to confirm.

Mine is closer to 9.75" at the screw fastener compared to this 11" Can you help? I found you guys from the two patent #'s

I received my new lock, it seems like it should be the one, however; the face plate I had previously didn't have a lock release button and this one does. Do you sell the face plate for the 82-239?
