My original faceplate does not have the same dimensions on it. The mortise lock itself will work if i have the right face plate. I purchased the 82-239 and i need the right plate to be able to install in my door. It is the same dimensions as my old lock just the screw hole placement is differentcon ... (cont.)

one of the hooks sticks. there is no markings on the door or on the handle to let me know who makes it, the other pic is a sticker on the door frame of the sliding patio door

a set of door lock (lock, stopper, lever) is missing. Two photos took from a different sliding door, presumably the same size. What will be the replacing parts.

I have the paperwork for a PD3000 double mortise patio sliding door. The locking mortise is rusted and has become inoperable. The paperwork list this part as a PM520A. The keeper is part PM530. Hi I found part #82-239 and 82-259 somewhat similar to the one that is missing from my other existing door. Can you tell me which one I should get and please include the handle too because it's missing the lever latch. The hole spacing of the door handle is 3-15/16" and the thickness is about 1-5/ ... I need to replace the mortise lock for the patio sliding door. One of the screw broke and it's stucked. What would be the best compatible part for this? The plate is 9inches in height with 12/16 inches in width. Thank you.

Trying to locate this lock mech plate that has broken-causes door to get stuck in the closed position. Notice you sell the locking mech, any ideas of where to find the plate?- Appears to be Lock mech style 82-239

The upper latch/hook has to be manually put up to set the lock. I believe the spring mechanism is damaged. Do you have the replacement part for this lock.
