Not sure brand or how to identify brand off door

Made 12/20/13 in Taiwan QC OASS 2777-00 PAT # 6.264.252 and PAT #5.820.170 10"x 1/2" x 1 1/16

I need to order two (2) mortised hook latches to fit the attached keeper. Can you determine if I need the 82-239 of the 82-265 based on this keeper (and thumb turn) Thanks, Fred

There are no numbers or names on the door or lock

No numbers or writing on mechanism. Fits in the middle edge to of sliding door to lock and unlock. Now broken

I have two styles of Superior Windows sliding doors (they are now out-of-business) - 9800 which use the 82-239 mortise lock and 9900 which use something similar. Latch removed from door, Anti-slam pin pushed in fully, latch intermittently binds/won't open or close (as if anti-slam wasn't pressed). Looks like equivalent of your 82-239. Looking for a dual hook mortise lock. The screw holes for the door are about 9 3/4 inches from center to center. The gap on the receiver end is about 5 5/8 inches. Hole in the door is about 3/5 inch wide and 9 1/4 inches high.

As you can see, I am in need of a new lock for our sliding glass door. After one too many door slams with the latch out, it has finally lost the battle with our 4 year old nephew. Hello I have a Jeld-wen sliding door and the handle mechanism has failed. It is a double latch mechanism. I have attached pictures of the part in question. Do you have this part, or can you help me source one?

This goes on a patio, sliding door. I saw a swisco photo on the internet that most closely resembled what I have.

Do you have a replacement for this? I think my window manufacturer is Atrium handle hole spacing is 3 11/16 mortise is 10" long
