This is on a Harvey double hung window. When released as shown in picture it prevents window from opening all the way.

Have a window (PEGUIN) that the latches don't stay engaged. So the window doesn't close all the way to be able to lock it. Do you have any replacement pieces for this? The latches are located on the right and left sides of the windows.

Hi, the above listed hung windows have retractable blocks on the left and right hand side of the frame, preventing the sliding part of the window to be moved up fully from the outside. I have Paradigm windows, serial # W220942, that have broken night safety locks I want to buy.

I need to replace several vent latches on my windows. The latch I removed is Pat Pending 5,806,9000 with an 8 above it. Will your 26-362 work? It looks identical to the ones I need to replace.

I'm Looking for tilt latch buttons for Uniframe windows. These are not surface mount and the "prong" on them that attached to the internal mechanism has broken off. Hopefully new can just snap back in. (?) Also looking for the plastic trim piece for the bottom of the upper window which also has ... (cont.)

These window sash stops are notorious for breaking. There is avery small dog clip inside the unit that breaks off. It's literally about a 32nd of an inch. Poor design, but I find myself needing to replace them in my windows. Do you carry these?Al PS. Is there a better replacement? ... (cont.)

Weighed window and can i use the 140 quick tilt balancers to replace the dual spring balancers? Also need sash vent latches left and right believe they are 26-362, tilt latches land right believe they are truth hardware because of being rounded 46.20.32.002? There is a button that is in the bottom of the frame if my windows. Two windows this button won't stay in place so it won't let you open the window all the way.
