Left side of dual glass casement window control . 5139 stamped on arm worm gear is stripped at closed position.

Looking for window operators for left and right side. Numbers on the window operator arms are 30850/30818 and 30849/30818. These pictures are of the left side window looking from the inside of the house to the outside.

I am rehabbing some well-used window operators by replacing the dual arm operators and a few tracks and detachable clips and short clips. I purchased the 39-031 left hand operator, it's not the correct size. Your measurement 4 7/16" is to long. My operator arm is about 2". Do you have any other part numbers I can view?

Hi - the crank (left handed screw) just unscrews when I turn the crank. It appears that a knurled cylinder part that is part of the initial screw mechanism has become disengaged; It seems that cylinder needs to be forced back in (to keep the screw mechanism in) but won't stay in possibly because whe ... Hi, the worm gear on the right window is stripped. Probably something I did. The pictures are of the left window as it is easier to get to. We bought a house with Ply Gem MW casement windows. The plastic crank cover needs to be replaced and we need new handles. I have uploaded some pictures and hope they help. Please advise. Thanks.

45273 crank mechanism, L31539 short curved arm about 3 1/4 inches, 20748 connecting arm about 3 inches, bar on sash is 11 3/8 inches, stainless guide is about 10 inches.Main arm is about 9 1/2 inches long.
