39-333 Egress Operator, Extra Short Link Arm

I'm seeking a 9 1/2" arm crank operator as shown in the attached images.

On the window it says entry hard truth the number is 30849 on one part and 30818. I spoke with someone on the phone and ended up ordering 39-031- Entrygard dual arm operator and this is not the right item. I would like to order the right piece and return the one I got. This is from an Eagle casement window built in 2011, has the Aseberry/truth logo the base has C-1081-101 on it, the long arm is about 10.5" tip to center of base. The short arm has S-1081-56 on it and an L .

I need a replacement operator mechanism for a Truth Entrygard Dual Arm casement operator similar to your part number 39-031 but with a short link arm that's 2-3/4" , not 4-7/16". Do you have this part? Thanks.

I need to replace several of these. They are in a Lindal cedar home built in 1987. Truth Hardware. Guessing these can be replaced with Truth 39-035 and 036? Can you confirm? Do you sell to homeowners directly?

This operator is from a Wilmar casement window /stamped Truth. U.S. Pat 4,241,541. The long arm is stamped 30472RH. The short arm is stamped 30850. Thank you for your help.Best Regards,Evan

Hello, Our built in 1992 cottage casement window mechanisms are failing. Of the 14 windows that open, 5 do not work at all anymore, all of them from the screw mechanism failing (the arms still seem to function well).
