Left side of dual glass casement window control . 5139 stamped on arm worm gear is stripped at closed position.

Looking for window operators for left and right side. Numbers on the window operator arms are 30850/30818 and 30849/30818. These pictures are of the left side window looking from the inside of the house to the outside.

I am rehabbing some well-used window operators by replacing the dual arm operators and a few tracks and detachable clips and short clips. It appears that a knurled cylinder part that is part of the initial screw mechanism has become disengaged; It seems that cylinder needs to be forced back in (to keep the screw mechanism in) but won't stay in possibly because whe ... Hi, the worm gear on the right window is stripped. Probably something I did. The pictures are of the left window as it is easier to get to. Hi we have a Truth Entryguard left double arm 40471 to replace and the part we received won't close because the short arm is 4.5in vs 2.5. We can't seem to find an option anywhere that will work.
