S380-39 39" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hi, I have a window balance with the name Caldwell 38 4 Go. And left and right plastic parts that screw to the upper portion of the sash that press against the top of the balance when the window is closing. Would you be able to help me locate replacements for these parts please.

The rail is 39" long. 9/16 wide. The markings are 38 4 DW CMC 10

Hi, I'm looking to replace a broken Milgard window balancer in my home. The steal part of the balancer is 39 inches long. The window itself is 39inches wide and 41 inches long. The cord has snapped on the one side of the window and I am looking to replace the entire balancer. I had attached pictures ... (cont.)

I am replacing some channel balances. I have attached photos of the ends, and the marking on the balance says "38 4 JL CALDWELL" I am thinking it is part # S380-39, but not 100% sure.

Hello there- I have Milgard windows (3'x4') and one of my balances just broke on one side. I took the old balance out and the only markings I saw on it were (38 4 Caldwell). I took measurements and the metal bar is 39", the channel is 5/8" wide at the back and 1/2" wide inside the spring chan ... (cont.)
