15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe

1997 house with Certainteed vinyl DH windows 36x58, typical. Lower sash of one needs both balances. See attached photo - pulley appears to have "Certainteed 86710" imprint on one side. Please let me know if I can order these spring balances, or if you need more information.

Hello! I have vinyl double hung Simonton windows from 2010. I believe the existing coil balance is labeled "407S" ?? It is difficulty to identify. Can you assist with which weight is necessary for coil balance to replace the part?

I'm trying determine which parts I need to replace the coil spring and associated components as pictured above.

Dear experts, I wanted to replace the balance shoes and the coils because they feel loose and heavy. I found "Certainteed" on the coil cover in picture 3. I unlocked the sash and turned it horizontally, but didn't find gaps on either pivot lock shoe. (picture 2). What type of pivot shoes are the ... (cont.)

Both springs are broken. The window is Owen's Corning circa 2002-2003.there are no numbers or markings on any of the parts Also the sash weight is approximately 10.25 pounds

Attempting to locate window balance replacment parts for double hung vinyl replacement windows.

The parts removed from a 'Certain Teed' window. On the spring where is mounted with a screw is marked 335 and 336. On the "L" shape plastic bracket marked "Certain Teed' Measurements are 1 1/2 X 7/8 for both parts without the spring. Spring width 3/4.

Can the 15-192 pivot shoe be used on either side (left & right)?

These are broken inside rollers for simonton 55oo series replacement windows. I cannot find replacements for them. Distributors where I live are out of business and these keep breaking. Thanks for your helpNorma

I BELIEVE it's just the plastic housing the pivot shoes sit in that is broken but I don't know what kind I need. I need whatever it is going to take to make this window functional. There were no stickers left on window identifying what series...that I could see...

While opening the window, the plastic part of what I think is called the shoe snapped off from what I believe is called the Spring. Now the window won't fully closed or stay open. Need top and bottom inside track tension pieces. Certain teed. metal coil has the number 408 on it. Need 2 sets of top and bottom plastic pieces and metal coil tension please.

I am not sure, bur the original spring looks like S170. Need it for 15-192
