Hello, I need help with ordering the correct coil spring for this window brand. The pivot shoe is #15-192 but I am not sure about the coil. Mine is stamped 409. This unit is about 54" tall and 32 wide. I have units that are only 30" tall. Will that coil be the same?

I have a Plygem window 1. Would not stay up. Coil part broken 2. Similar problem with 2nd window, but coil is different size. Plygem was not helping with parts and I hope you will. Thank you. Can you check to see if you have a window balance for a prism window and a pivot bar 3 1/4 inch

Total length is 25". Pivot shoe 1 1/4" x 7/8" approx. sash weight approx 12lbs. No stamp on coil but its says certainteed if that helps

Hi. I need to ID a Certainteed balance spring. It has no markings or stamps I can find. The sash weighs 12 lbs and measures 22" high x 24" wide. Thanks! Ian

We're not sure of the age of our windows, moved in in 1984, replaced windows, say 1990, the metal roll on the left side broke, I think the roll on the right side also. The number on the metal roll is 335ks. Also will I need new parts or does the new parts work in these older windows? Thanks Mark. ... (cont.)
