I'm trying to get parts to repair 10 windows. I need these nylon blocks to repair windows for my aunt. I'm not a window expert, so I'm not sure exactly what I need or preferred way to repair. Please help

I believe part says china

Certainteed Doublehung window. Both coils are broken. We use this window once a day, opening it 12" for an hour. The coil has 10 stamped on the tongue, barely legible. The pivot shoe has A186160. The other plastic piece has H65 34/5M. We need two coils.

Just a note to thank SWISCO for excellent customer service. The videos were helpful as I figured out how to make these repairs on 16 windows at our beach cottage.
