Ceertanteed brand window. Broken since we moved in years ago. Will not stay open on its own. Coil spring in track on each side.

The width is 1 1/2.

Im not certain what the part is. We moved to this house in july. Windows are about 15-20yrs old and tilt in.

Bought two pivot shoes, but I think I got the wrong ones after trying to install one realize that it was super tight and broke the other side so would like to replace both sides here all the pictures and hopefully you can help me out. I'm having trouble opening and closing my double hung window. When I removed the window I discovered the U shape in the boot is almost impossible to turn (using a flat head screwdriver). I'm trying to get parts to repair 10 windows. I need these nylon blocks to repair windows for my aunt. I'm not a window expert, so I'm not sure exactly what I need or preferred way to repair. Please help

Certainteed Doublehung window. Both coils are broken. We use this window once a day, opening it 12" for an hour. The coil has 10 stamped on the tongue, barely legible. The pivot shoe has A186160. The other plastic piece has H65 34/5M. We need two coils.
