my pivot shoe looks like your part no. 15-192 the dementions for mine are 1 1/2in long x 7/8in thick x 1 3/8in wide. will yours work for my windows

Cant seem to find the correct coil ballast the stamp looks like a 10 with a J underneath it?

I have the lower tilting sash of a 30 year old Certainteed Single Hung window that needs the coils/assembly replaced. The sash is 33" wide and 30" height and weighs approximately 19 lbs.

Number 409 is stamped on the spring

I need two Certainteed Coil Springs but the part number broke off a long time ago so when coils were taken out that part of coil that would let you know short/long LBS is gone. I ordered the 15-192 on orders 2272882 and 2283840. Not only does the stone on the window not fit into the channel the metal between the two are different colors.
