Need replacement balance for a Pella double hung window with shoe

This is for a Pella window left side 21 in. Chanel Balance 120 00 or 128 00. House built in 1992. And I like to have a Tilt Latch for this window. Very hard to reed the numbers ! Thank you. Otto . No numbers on the Tilt Latch ! Thanx.

I have single hung pella windows, several have broken balance boot/shoes. See picture of broken boot and opposite side of one attached. Question is can I get new boots, they appear to have gotten brittle and the snaps broke off the balance. Also how do I remove the shoe, I could not get it out. ... (cont.)

Good morningI have finally gotten around to installing these spring shoes (15-236), but have found they are too wide. Hi, I tried to install S795-32 channel balance but the plastic insert where I screw the channel into kept popping out for one of the window, and it broke into pieces for another window. It occurred when I tried to rest the window pivot bar in the 15-194 T-lock balance. Can I buy a few of the plas ... (cont.)

i am need of some balance 795 series 26c but the current ones have hooks instead of screws, is that a possibility to customize them to have a hook? Hopefully the photos will help , just let me know if you need any other info thanks!!

I'm hoping you can help determine what the part I need. I have a bunch of broken ones.

The plastic hook that connects the shoe to the channel balance is broken and need to replace for four windows (8 pieces). Measurement is 5/8- inches at narrowest and 1-3/4 inches at widest. Thank you for your advice.

Pella double hung windows from Lowe's in 2006. Metal is 22 inches long, labeled 22C BSI. Rivet for bottom of spring broke off, black plastic sash guard at top broken. Pivot lock shoe is 1 inch.
