Hi! I need help identifying part # for some Pella windows. All the channel balances seem OK but the shoes are all breaking. I got one out for photos. Am hoping it will be an in stock item. I would need 20 plus some extras.

I need multiple PCs of each side of the window

I am looking for Pella window balances the only marking I see us 28c BSI. My existing balance has a clip on the end not a screw hole.

The balance is 28 inches long and I can't seem to find the one that has the same in pieces as the one I have

Window weighs 18.4lbs. The foot is about 1 inch at its widest and a 1/2 inch thick and rides inside the track

Hello, the broken end had a plastic "T" that fit into a one inch channel with a half inch opening. thats about all the info i have. Thanks,Manny

I had ordered this 28" Series 795 Channel Balance / S795-28 - which right size but the connection pieces are not.
