I had ordered this 28" Series 795 Channel Balance / S795-28 - which right size but the connection pieces are not. Stamp: 28B PV BSI We have two broken balances, (and and thus need 4 complete balances to replace those in the two windows. Also, one tilt latch, right side, is broken.
