Hi I purchased the wrong balances for my window and need to exchange for the correct part. The balances I purchased have shoes that are too wide and incorrect clip at top. Please reply with how to proceed. -Scott

Need help Identifing this balance. the channel is 24" long

Greetings. I just received the 50 T-lock balance shoes (part 15-194). They're the right size (part) but unfortunately they will not fit in the channel because of a deep groove at the base. See photos. I also noticed a number stamped near the top --- 28C. What are my options now?

Hello, I need help in indentifying the series number of this part in order to replace. Code # C34 is stamped onto the back of the metal channel. There is also stamped an RC BSIN (or B5IN). I have several MW Window single hung tilt vinyl wondows that I need to repair. Many of my balance shoes have broke. I have 3 tilt windows that won't stay up and the balances appear to be broken. They appear to be channel balances. The balances are 1 inch wide and 34 inches long. I've attached some pictures and would like to confirm the style that I need to purchase. Thank you, Eric

I believe the clip is 15-198. Is this correct? I am unsure of the shoe. Also, is it possible to use a new shoe on an old balance? Or is this purchased as a new assembly?

Need to replace a 28" window balance. Spring loaded Hard to read but marking appears to be BSIN 28C

size is 34B. I'm assuming S795 channel balance is the correct one but not sure. If so, can I replace the top screw clip with a hook...as my windows have a top hole for use with a hook on the top.?

The balance shoe releases from the tilt balance and makes it almost impossible to open the window(very poor design). I have included pictures of the balance shoe and tilt balance.
