The end piece for the top is missing but it is like a hook.

I need a rplacment for the attached pivot lock or replacment Channel Balance with Pivot Lock. I have included a picture with dimensions of the channel balance. We have 23 windows that need new pivot locks and channel balances that range from 28B, 34A, 34B and 34C.Booker

Hello,Please see the pics attached. We are looking for (2) replacement s795 balances. "28C". I believe they have to be custom made with 15-198 top clips. Please confirm. The bottom shoes may also be the 1" version.

Hello i cant find in your parts this type of springs, i was wonder if you have it? ill attached picture of the end brackets so you can see and match. its a channel balance for a tilt window stamp is " 28G i need qty: 2 of it.

We need a S795-33 type F with clip on top instead of screw. Hook needed is 15-198. Quanity of 4.

Hi I purchased the wrong balances for my window and need to exchange for the correct part. The balances I purchased have shoes that are too wide and incorrect clip at top. Please reply with how to proceed. -Scott

Greetings. I just received the 50 T-lock balance shoes (part 15-194). They're the right size (part) but unfortunately they will not fit in the channel because of a deep groove at the base. See photos. I also noticed a number stamped near the top --- 28C. What are my options now?

Hello, I need help in indentifying the series number of this part in order to replace. Code # C34 is stamped onto the back of the metal channel. There is also stamped an RC BSIN (or B5IN). I have several MW Window single hung tilt vinyl wondows that I need to repair. Many of my balance shoes have broke.
