Hung windows are 17 years old. Not opened often, except to clean twice/year. One unit failed (pictures attached). Looking for an identical replacement pair, at a minimum. I may buy more as "insurance" for the next window failure.Thank you for your help with this!VR, Gary

Hello. I'm looking for a 795 Window Channel Balance, option 26c, with 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe, closed cam. My pivot bar is 2.5" long and the screw holes are 5/8" apart, so I should need the 26-021 pivot bars, unless my current pivot bar is compatible (see picture). My windows have the upper attachme ... I recently ordered some 34C channel balances (Order No. 2280775). I believe the rest of the parts will work, but the plastic piece at the bottom is too wide for the channel. From the conversation that I had with your representative he explained to me that this window balance would need to be custom made. I also would need 2 window balance w/ any hardware that I would need to install the window balances. Can I get the cost of the parts. Thank you

My daughter's window would not open and I noticed this was broken. Trying to find a replacement set. Window is in an older manufactured house.

No names on the window frame. stamped into the white center piece of the balancer is a patent number 5,737. 877 total length 25 in half inch track 7/8 in bottom shoe. notice pivot shoe is round peg

I am trying to figure out the model of this window balance. Metal to Metal Length is 36 inch. Width is between 1/2 and 5/8. It is a plain balance with a metal hook in thr top and and shoe on the bottom.

Do you have these? The balance is 26" long the shoe is an 1" wide. The jamb it fits into is an 1-1/4" I need 18 of each.
