I believe I need the S795-26c but if you can confirm with the pictures please? I believe these are Renewal by Anderson windows. The pin holding the spring failed or the guts failed due to rust.

Hello, I'm looking for replacement shoes for my current channel. The closest shoe I can find on your site to what I current have is 15-194. I have a 2008 NV Homes townhouse with 2 identical Patriot windows in which the right-hand side pivot lock shoe broke. The latch on one of the windows is also broken. Hung windows are 17 years old. Not opened often, except to clean twice/year. One unit failed (pictures attached). Looking for an identical replacement pair, at a minimum. I may buy more as "insurance" for the next window failure.Thank you for your help with this!VR, Gary

I recently ordered some 34C channel balances (Order No. 2280775). I believe the rest of the parts will work, but the plastic piece at the bottom is too wide for the channel. From the conversation that I had with your representative he explained to me that this window balance would need to be custom made. I also would need 2 window balance w/ any hardware that I would need to install the window balances. Can I get the cost of the parts. Thank you
