Hello, I'm looking for a replacement for this channel balance. I didn't find one with a hook on the end. I've already replaced the shoe (FS265-XCP2 1'' Pivot Lock Shoe) but the string snapped on one of the channel balances. Thank you for your assistance.

I believe I need the S795-26c but if you can confirm with the pictures please? I believe these are Renewal by Anderson windows. The pin holding the spring failed or the guts failed due to rust.

I have a 2008 NV Homes townhouse with 2 identical Patriot windows in which the right-hand side pivot lock shoe broke. The latch on one of the windows is also broken. Hung windows are 17 years old. Not opened often, except to clean twice/year. One unit failed (pictures attached). Looking for an identical replacement pair, at a minimum. I may buy more as "insurance" for the next window failure.Thank you for your help with this!VR, Gary
