Hello, I bought S795-34 - 34" Series 795 block and tackle balances but ordered the wrong shoes. The shoe we are replacing is 1" wide x 2" tall. Please see photos for sample. I think these shoes in the photo had a black cam

My window is a Series 810 Tilt Single hung dual panes made by Phillips. It is my understanding they went out of business in 2009.I saw no markings on the metal balancer, the metal balancer is 30 inches long.Please advise if you can help or if you need more info.Thank youMark

As you can see I need this size with the top clip and green shoes 1 inch. looking at 34 total this size and 2 more would be 34b bsi I know we could use the s795 but then we would have to make screw holes in all the windows

I have a couple of the 32C-795 series balances. I will also need to order the 15-194 1" T-Loc. The problem I have is they have the cord hook instead of the screw mounted, and the hole is round. Is there any way to convert to the crew type? I am thinking maybe a plastic anchor, but not 100% on that. ... (cont.)
