Hello,we need 4 channel balances. The windows are 17 years old. Hope you can help as we are in the process of selling our house and I don't want to leave them like that. Thanks in advance.

My window is a Series 810 Tilt Single hung dual panes made by Phillips. It is my understanding they went out of business in 2009.I saw no markings on the metal balancer, the metal balancer is 30 inches long.Please advise if you can help or if you need more info.Thank youMark

As you can see I need this size with the top clip and green shoes 1 inch. looking at 34 total this size and 2 more would be 34b bsi I know we could use the s795 but then we would have to make screw holes in all the windows

I have a couple of the 32C-795 series balances. I will also need to order the 15-194 1" T-Loc. The problem I have is they have the cord hook instead of the screw mounted, and the hole is round. Is there any way to convert to the crew type? I am thinking maybe a plastic anchor, but not 100% on that. ... (cont.)

Sash on the left is original to the window and the sash to the right on the picture was order on your website. Issue I have is the hook at the end on the new one will not work.The lock boot and replacement window will work but the issue is the clip at the end. Can someone help me with this issue?For ... Looking to find the correct part number to order. 26c is stamped on the window balance. It is a sliding window (no tilt out, except for removal.

No markings visible. Cannot remove broken pivot lock shoes from track. I believe the piece it fits into is operational. Did I see there's a tool to remove the lock shoes? Thanks!
