I need this specific kind pivot lock 1 inch. I ordered 1 inch from SWISCO it does not fit.

Product Code: S795-26 with a 15-194 shoe with hooks.

Only markings are NTT 24D. The windows may or may not be Cardinal. I need new channel balance and the pivot bar shoe. Some other windows the channel is functioning but one of the shoes has broken. Thank you

I got the bottom bracket out and here are a couple of pictures of it. The parts are broken on the top of the balance and where the bottom piece attaches. Here are the broken ones. They are supposed to have a little plastic clip at the top that holds the string on the side that keeps the window balanced. The plastic clips keep breaking off.

most of my double hung tilt in windows have broken balances. The metal assembly is pulled away from the T channel stop. I have double hung Pella vinyl windows in my house. I have a bunch of broken channel balances. The plastics shoes have broken and come out. I was wondering if you have anything that will work. 24B B31?? Is stamped on the metal channels.

I have 6 Thermastar double hung windows that are getting hard to open. I believe the problem is in the little rollers inside the balance which are frozen. Silicone lube doesn't help them.
