I need to find this sash guide.

I am Berge. I need 2 side balance springs for Jeld Wen window stamped 3340. also, 2 sash cam or sash guides, as pictured. Please identify and let me know if you need more info, otherwise advise me which parts to order.I have ordered from you before.

I ordered and received channel guides from Swisco recently. When I tried to install them, I discovered that one of the top sash guides was broken, and the sash wouldn't operate properly. Top of window in the channel. It catches the balance off the takeout clip as the window is lowered.

I am looking to purchase top sash guides and balancers. The metal on the balancer is 30" long. There is a stamp on the balancer that says 29 3 BSI ML thanks!

The plastic piece that is attached to the top of the window sash with two screws. The top of the balance presses into it.
