need to repalce this part on a window.

I am looking to purchase top sash guides and balancers. The metal on the balancer is 30" long. There is a stamp on the balancer that says 29 3 BSI ML thanks!

The plastic piece that is attached to the top of the window sash with two screws. The top of the balance presses into it.

Hello - I'm trying to identify the correct replacement part. My subject line above has the details. Also, the stamp on the back of the part reads: 30 4 FT CMC 2. Hi, I'm trying to identify the channel balance and balance guide seen in the photos. The channel balance has a marking of BSI VB. Hi, I just replaced my channel balance but it is still not working and I noticed the plastic guide at the top of the window is broken. Can you help me identify this part?

Several window balancers have failed and need replacement. I'm not sure which part or series I need to order. Also, the sealed window glass on several windows has separated from the vinyl frame and I need to know how to ID the exterior trim piece securing the window to the frame. Any and all help/di ... Hi: My house was built in 2002 and sure enough I don't find this broken sash guide. It has a width of 5/8" and length ~2". Can you tell 18-008 is a good replacement? Thanks. Keith

I am ordering two “28" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE 2740 on your web site. At the same time, I also need to order two plastic parts which are on the top of the window channel and screws which install the parts (please see attached 3 photos).
