The Caldwell block and tackle channel balances in my "NAMI" windows have had the string in the system breaking recently and several of them have recoiled upward so strongly that the balances have completely broken off the plastic stop part attached inside the window frame at the top corner on each s ... One of the hung window balance and I believe what is called a sash cam are broken. I would like to replace both sides parts. But I unable to identify the exact parts. Pleas help, picture attached. Thanks

I need to purchase two of these plastic parts. There's one on each side of the window, they latch onto the balance.

I'm trying to find this part which is located at the top of the window on each side. The top section of this part broke off and won't catch on the balance. I think I need to unscrew it and replace it with a new one. ??

hello, One side of my windo has a broken sash guide. i reviewed your parts and i only see 5/8 inch but mine measures as 3/8 inch (see photof intact guide) and i am concerned it wont fit my window. please advise

The right channel guide cord is broken and the right top sash guide is broken. Also the right take out clip is bent and needs replaced. The number stamp on the right and left channel guides is the same. The window weight is about 15 pounds. Do you think I should replace both channel guides? ... (cont.)
