I have some "All Weather Windows" which need the window sash balances replaced. Looking on line, I found the balance matches your p/n S-385 in a 38" length. The weight of the sash is 39lbs which is beyond the 37-40 max weight capacity of 32lbs. The stamped # in the balance channel is 37-E-50. Can a ... (cont.)

Dear Customer support team. Attached are the pictures of the top sash guide we have. The part is close to 18-008 or 18-008H but there are few minor differences such as the shape of the top portion. This part screws into the side of the Viking window and hooks onto the top of the sash spring mechanism. This picture is of the good one. the other side has broken off and is missing.

I had a spring rivet give out when restringing this rail. No markings, 27", 28" with end pieces.
