I'm trying to find a replacement window balance spring for an Atrium window installed around 2010. It is stamped 18 3. The aluminum channel measures 18" long. Dear Customer support team. Attached are the pictures of the top sash guide we have. The part is close to 18-008 or 18-008H but there are few minor differences such as the shape of the top portion. This part screws into the side of the Viking window and hooks onto the top of the sash spring mechanism. This picture is of the good one. the other side has broken off and is missing.

I had a spring rivet give out when restringing this rail. No markings, 27", 28" with end pieces.

We would like to reorder these balances. Also would like to get extra metal clips and extra of that white piece that is actually attached to window frame ( vent panel? )

Do you have one of these (fig 1)? Fig 2 is the left side and it is OK Fig 3 is the right side and is broken. I need to replace the broken one. Thanks Chuck

Hello, I want to replace a few old window channel balances (installed ~ 2003 or 2004) but they are probably discontinued.
