18-171 Stepped Sash Guide, Alpine

I'm looking for the pictured part it goes with my S351-31 window springs. I would consider it to be window hardware. I need this to mount the window springs into my window.

looking for sash guide for balance being used are the 351-33,351-30. and 351-27 on a Hurd Vinyl window, is very similar to 18-171. just not sure on the offset or is its flat. Should have checked that. any help would be appreciated. Thanks Glenn

Print on channel says "26 0" CX CMC 7" channel metal is 27"

this part is attached to the side of the window. this part i beleive attaches to the balance.

What balances do I need. And retaining clips

I can't seem to find this style of top sash guide. Help! I am ready to purchase your channel balances (S350-28, option 2760) but need to replace one of the top sash guides.

This is the part that mounts in the channel top right hand side of the slider portion. It is mounted with a screw and engages the balance when reinstalling the window. Without this the balance stays in the upper position

Markings are 29 3 Bsi 03 Part is a 1/2" wide and 30" long

I have some "All Weather Windows" which need the window sash balances replaced. Looking on line, I found the balance matches your p/n S-385 in a 38" length. The weight of the sash is 39lbs which is beyond the 37-40 max weight capacity of 32lbs. The stamped # in the balance channel is 37-E-50. Can a ... (cont.)

Width is: ½" Length of metal part: 20 5/8" (see photo) Stamp on metal: 2040 BSI (see photo) Depth: 5/8" (see photo) Please let me know if there is more information needed.
