Need these parts that I sent pictures for you there for a 3056 atrium window. Also need the two metal clips on the side of the window frame.

My main issue is that the left balance has disconnected from the sash because of a tear in the sash catching on the metal clip of the balance's cord. looks like the Caldwell 380 series. One length is 18", the other is 24". The channel is 1/2". The 18" Caldwell supports a 20Lb sash, so perhaps the #1750, and the 24" caldwell a 30lb sash, perhaps the #2360? The bottom foot on both sizes is 1".
