After removing the window I found that the cable was broken on one side. Also there is a white plastic piece and a loose screw that fell out when I removed the window.

I am in need of two sets of replacement balances measuring 20 11/16 inches. I also need one set of replacement balances measuring 26 5/8 inches. Photos are attached of my existing balances.

We have several windows where the channel balance top has broken out of the sash. These are Starline SL6000 series vinyl windows from ca 1999 with 1/2in nominal balances. Note that the balance top is secured with a screw into the sash.
