26-4 EN5 CMC 41 27" length of metal and 5/8" width it fits into a Stepped Sash Guide, Alpine product number 18-171. The actual sash size is 34 1/4" w x 28 5/8" h. Need these parts that I sent pictures for you there for a 3056 atrium window. Also need the two metal clips on the side of the window frame.

My main issue is that the left balance has disconnected from the sash because of a tear in the sash catching on the metal clip of the balance's cord. Over time, the window would catch and become difficult to close, until I e day, it was forced closed, snapping the metal clip off of the balance. When ... (cont.)

looks like the Caldwell 380 series. One length is 18", the other is 24". The channel is 1/2". The 18" Caldwell supports a 20Lb sash, so perhaps the #1750, and the 24" caldwell a 30lb sash, perhaps the #2360? The bottom foot on both sizes is 1". We have KINRO windows that new the balances replaced. The balance have 26-4 stamped on them. The balance shoe is 1 3/32". From your help with others it looks like I will need a S385-27 Balance.
