Do you have a replacement for the guide shown in the photos? If not do you have another company I can check? I looked on your parts list but did find one that is the same. What is this part called? Thank you.

Dear Swisco, please help identify this sash cam (it is on the corner of the window to clip to the channel balance. The dimensions are 2.25 in by 0.5 in by 0.5 in. Thanks, Kevin

This plastic tab (in picture) is intact and functioning properly, but another was broken at top where the metal balance rests. Installed in the window channel. One on each side. They are 5/8 of an inch wide and 1 1/2 inches long. The window balances are model number S385-34. Dear Sir/Madam, Can you please help me find this part? It's a sash cam that mounts to the side towards the top of the window. The measurement is 5/8" width, 1-3/4" length overall. The top box is 7/16"W x 3/8"L x 3/8"H. It has two holes on the body. Thank you so much!

The guide is screwed with a single screw into the top of the channels on both sides of our single hung windows (only the bottom window goes up and down) and this sash guide holds the window balance in place at the top of the moving window. Hello, we have a H-LC25 type window and need to replace one of the top sash guides. Attached a picture of the good one. Do you sell this type?

I need a replacement part number for an Atrium 26-3 LX CMC 11 balance with a channel length of 27". I also need the part number for the plastic stop that attaches to the top left inside channel of the window but there is a 5 photo limit so I will submit it on another post.

I must have ordered the wrong size. I assumed the 5/8 were universal. These measure top to bottom 2 1/4 inch. Top to top hole 1 1/8 inch and side to side 5/8 inch. Can you please help me out with the correct part? Thank you.
