After removing the window I found that the cable was broken on one side. Also there is a white plastic piece and a loose screw that fell out when I removed the window.

I am in need of two sets of replacement balances measuring 20 11/16 inches. I also need one set of replacement balances measuring 26 5/8 inches. Photos are attached of my existing balances.

We have several windows where the channel balance top has broken out of the sash. These are Starline SL6000 series vinyl windows from ca 1999 with 1/2in nominal balances. Note that the balance top is secured with a screw into the sash.

the top sash guide on one of my sliding windows is broken in pieces, photos were taken from the other good unit. I am not able to find the exact same one locally or anywhere online. Hello,I have a Jeld-Wen window single hung, 41" W by 53" HI only have one broken balance for the window. Attached in the pictures.It seems to be type A. The metal part length is 22" 5/8. This plastic tab (in picture) is intact and functioning properly, but another was broken at top where the metal balance rests. Installed in the window channel. One on each side. They are 5/8 of an inch wide and 1 1/2 inches long. The window balances are model number S385-34.
