Hello,I have a Jeld-Wen window single hung, 41" W by 53" HI only have one broken balance for the window. Attached in the pictures.It seems to be type A. The metal part length is 22" 5/8. Dear Swisco, please help identify this sash cam (it is on the corner of the window to clip to the channel balance. The dimensions are 2.25 in by 0.5 in by 0.5 in. Thanks, Kevin

This plastic tab (in picture) is intact and functioning properly, but another was broken at top where the metal balance rests. Installed in the window channel. One on each side. They are 5/8 of an inch wide and 1 1/2 inches long. The window balances are model number S385-34. Dear Sir/Madam, Can you please help me find this part? It's a sash cam that mounts to the side towards the top of the window. The measurement is 5/8" width, 1-3/4" length overall. The top box is 7/16"W x 3/8"L x 3/8"H. It has two holes on the body. Thank you so much!

The guide is screwed with a single screw into the top of the channels on both sides of our single hung windows (only the bottom window goes up and down) and this sash guide holds the window balance in place at the top of the moving window.
