Hello, we have a H-LC25 type window and need to replace one of the top sash guides. Attached a picture of the good one. Do you sell this type?

I need a replacement part number for an Atrium 26-3 LX CMC 11 balance with a channel length of 27". I also need the part number for the plastic stop that attaches to the top left inside channel of the window but there is a 5 photo limit so I will submit it on another post.

I must have ordered the wrong size. I assumed the 5/8 were universal. These measure top to bottom 2 1/4 inch. Top to top hole 1 1/8 inch and side to side 5/8 inch. Can you please help me out with the correct part? Thank you.

Hello I need another channel balance stop plastic piece. The one pictured is it's mate on the opposite side. It is from 2930 block and tackle

I need 27" (measuring metal only) Kinro balance springs for my Kinro windows. Stamped in the metal is 26 2 and B.S.I. (See photo attached). I also need a part number for the take out clips. Thank you for your time.

My balance is stamped 21-5 BL5 CMC 43. The metal length is 22" and the width is 9/16". Top and bottom plastic pieces have wings. IMG_7708.jpg is of the top corner of the window sash. This plastic piece broke on the other side of the window and I'm not sure what it is called, but I need one of these ... (cont.)

Hello, I believe I may need new channel balances. I just moved bought a new house, and two of the windows are particularly difficult to move up and down. The stamped markings say 14 5 BSI nl. I weighed the sash and it is 13.6 pounds. It looks like it has the pulley wheel inside of the shoe so ... (cont.)

The small plastic piece is I believe a top sash guide. This one is from the good side and the other side was broken. The channel balance's have the following numbers on them. 26-3 HM5 CMC 47. The metal on the balance measures 27" and with the plastic it measures 28". The balances are 5/8' wide ... (cont.)

Replacing some parts on all my windows. Looks like the 19-005 channel balance top is the right one for my channel balances, but none of the top sashes I found looks quite right. Differences are that mine (a) have two screw holes spaced at 1 1/16" and 1 9/16" from top, and (b) do not have top caps - ... (cont.)

please help identify sash

I need to replace this part that fits in at the top of my window pane. It works in conjunction with the channel balance. Picture shows a front and side view of this part. One of them broke and i can no longer open/close my window.
