I am looking for parts for Kinco windows. The balance on 9 windows has popped up out of the channel. One is missing the lower sash no idea where it is. Can you help me identify this part? It has a large bottom piece with the string coming out of the bottom.I'm thinking this part is the best match: S385-26

H-LC30-48x96 Series 5000 TMF The balances keep coming clipped from the widows and slide independent of the windows which makes them very hard to open and close. I have a broken sash guide for a up/down sliding window from Atrium. Attached is a picture of a good and a broken guide. Can someone help me with a part number for this.
