I need to check if you have a sash cam available (or a replacement solution) attached is a picture the length is 2 ¼" and the top is 7/8" x 11/16, let me know if you need any other info, thank you.

Hello I am check to see if you have these parts for a sliding window. I believe it is 28 inches. I would need four of them. Looks like the broke from the place it screws onto the window.

I have a window that is missing the channel balances. It is a single hung non tilt window, the sash measures 29" tall and weights 21 lbs. The channel is 1/2" deep. Can you help me identify which balance series I will need. Thanks.

I have a broken sash guide for a up/down sliding window from Atrium. Attached is a picture of a good and a broken guide. Can someone help me with a part number for this.

The part is located on top /side of the window frame. Non tilt window. ? " wide by 1 ¼ " long.

Hi I have Milgard windows where I need to replace the balances, take-out clips, and shoes. Balance is 27" long and says 26 5 FS Caldwell on it. Can you please help me identify which replacement balance I would need? Thank you. Dan

40"x46.5" (WxH) With 1/2" wide balance. first two photos are what is in the hanging window, second and third are the right side of the frame second is the left (top is the same as the first picture on the r.h. side of the frame. This part was on the operating window sash. On a single hung window. This piece hold the Channel balances in place. Need a new one not sure if the name or company
