These go on the side of a vinyl sliding window. The 21.5 " sash balance hooks onto it. I have several of these that have broken.

Please identify sash guide and provide part number.

Hi I have Milgard windows where I need to replace the balances, take-out clips, and shoes. Balance is 27" long and says 26 5 FS Caldwell on it. Can you please help me identify which replacement balance I would need? Thank you. Dan

40"x46.5" (WxH) With 1/2" wide balance. first two photos are what is in the hanging window, second and third are the right side of the frame second is the left (top is the same as the first picture on the r.h. side of the frame. This part was on the operating window sash. On a single hung window. This piece hold the Channel balances in place. Need a new one not sure if the name or company

Mine is broken. Attaches with screw on window side edge to hold balancer in place once engaged.

I have a 26-4 27" which looks to match either an S380 or S385. My bottom show measures just under 1" so assuming S380. Also, I need a top cam replacement?? It's the part that screw into the window frame. See picture of broken and intact to see what I mean.

Hello - I am missing both Channel Balances from a single hung non-tilt window. The brand of window is unknown / unmarked. Hope you can help me identify which channel balances I need to order. I have been searching for days to no avail. Can you help me find a top sash guide that will fit my windows? the bottom width is 5/8" the overall length is 2 1/4", the top width is 7/8". I need several. See photo for more information. Thanks.

I believe these are from an Atmos window. overall length is 2.25", lower width is .625, upper width is 13/32 and depth is.50 and flush on the outside all the way up. The only marking is the number 6 below the top hole.

I am having issues lifting several windows in our home... please see pictures of sash. What model is this sash? 350 0r 351 0r 380? Why is the sash dropping on the right side? when this occurs the window gets even heavier. Should I get a stronger sash to aid in the lift? Replace the 2640 with 2650? ... (cont.)

I need help identifying these balances and top sash guides for my window, The length of the balance is 33 inches (metal only), and the width is 1/2 inch. The length of the top sash guide is 2 1/4 L x 5/8 W x 1/2 H.

This is the part installed at the inside top of a window slide. It works with the channel balance. I believe they're called top sash. Plastic piece in center of picture is broken. Rest seems to be intact with string, 17" spring, and 33" hsg as in picture for all 3 parts including broken off plastic piece in the middle.After speaking with representative, he asked me to send a picture of the left side which is not broken and submit ...
