I am having issues lifting several windows in our home... please see pictures of sash. What model is this sash? 350 0r 351 0r 380? Why is the sash dropping on the right side? when this occurs the window gets even heavier. Should I get a stronger sash to aid in the lift? Replace the 2640 with 2650? ... (cont.)

I need help identifying these balances and top sash guides for my window, The length of the balance is 33 inches (metal only), and the width is 1/2 inch. The length of the top sash guide is 2 1/4 L x 5/8 W x 1/2 H.

This is the part installed at the inside top of a window slide. It works with the channel balance. I believe they're called top sash. Hi, I am looking for a replacement for this top sash guide. It should be compatible with your 380 channel balance. I am not sure what the brand is but the locking mechanism says Linford.

Trying to identify this part as I have several broken on my windows. The windows were installed in 2003.

I have two windows that have two each of these. All four no longer lock into position, I think the tab that locks into the window frame has rusted away. Let me know which balance I need to replace all four of them.

The balances are 27" long. The sash guides also broke so i need to know which ones are compatible. Last thing is the top double paned window is frosted, do you sell those and are they easy to replace. Thanks

I am trying to identify a part in my window. The Sash balance is not staying within the window as it is lifted. It is staying up on top of the window. The window falls down and will stay up. Hello. The Top Sash Guide (5/8" with the top hole 1/2" from top) is broken. I figure I will replace the rails as well. These are the photos. The only number on the slide rail is 243.

I need 2 different lengths and weight tolerances. The first ones are1/2 in wide and 34 inches long with wings and have 33 3 CO Caldwell printed on the side. Hello, I think my SASH GUIDEs are broken and need replacement. The window will not stay open and the sash stays above the window because the sash guide wont hold the sash.
