Hello. The Top Sash Guide (5/8" with the top hole 1/2" from top) is broken. I figure I will replace the rails as well. These are the photos. The only number on the slide rail is 243.

I need 2 different lengths and weight tolerances. The first ones are1/2 in wide and 34 inches long with wings and have 33 3 CO Caldwell printed on the side. Hello, I think my SASH GUIDEs are broken and need replacement. The window will not stay open and the sash stays above the window because the sash guide wont hold the sash. Hello, I just installed the S390-30 : 30" Series 390 Channel Balances that is just purchased from you. The series is stamped 2930 on the balance channel. Hello, need this part to force spring to come down with window.

Looking for anything that will work. The piece is screwed in to the window via the top hole.

I am having problems locating these, can you possibly help me figure out if you offer it? Overall height 1.75", .625" wide, bottom hole is the one used, it is located .875" from the top of the part. I am not sure what other dimensions you need. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. ... (cont.)

I am in need of two parts for a Jordan window. One is the balance and the other is the plastic hook catch that goes on the top side of the sash. I have attached photos of each. Sash weighs 12 pounds. Your assistance would be appreciated.

My channel balance is 33 inches long, stamped 32 4. I was having trouble finding the right sash for the inside of my window, no tilt single window raise. Do you have something similar? This is in a 1993 Alpine window(s) - I unfortunately did not quite measure the length of the balance - but the Sash Guides are urgent! Thanks Matt
