I am in need of two parts for a Jordan window. One is the balance and the other is the plastic hook catch that goes on the top side of the sash. I have attached photos of each. Sash weighs 12 pounds. Your assistance would be appreciated.

Looking for this item that goes on the window side and is secured on with 2 screws. It acts like a stopper is my guess. Please let me know if you know what part number it is or what it is called. Thanks

My channel balance is 33 inches long, stamped 32 4. I was having trouble finding the right sash for the inside of my window, no tilt single window raise. Do I order a 33" or 32" the only number on the balance is 32 5

Do you have something similar? This is in a 1993 Alpine window(s) - I unfortunately did not quite measure the length of the balance - but the Sash Guides are urgent! Thanks Matt

This is the top part of the window that would grab onto the balance. It is for a smaller bathroom window.
