5/8" Top Sash Channel Balance Guide
I am having problems locating these, can you possibly help me figure out if you offer it? Overall height 1.75", .625" wide, bottom hole is the one used, it is located .875" from the top of the part. I am not sure what other dimensions you need. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. ... (cont.)

Jordan window Balance #213 and guide
I am in need of two parts for a Jordan window. One is the balance and the other is the plastic hook catch that goes on the top side of the sash. I have attached photos of each. Sash weighs 12 pounds. Your assistance would be appreciated.

33 inch channel stamped with 32 4
My channel balance is 33 inches long, stamped 32 4. I was having trouble finding the right sash for the inside of my window, no tilt single window raise. Do I order a 33" or 32" the only number on the balance is 32 5
