This is the top part of the window that would grab onto the balance. It is for a smaller bathroom window.

Could you please help us what we need. I know the Channel Balance is broken and the top plastic piece in the window is broken. I have pictures of what I need. My single hung dble Payne windows are hard to put up. In checking the windows, I see my balances are under preassure and working as they shoot up when u try to raise the window. I have deduced my issue is the windo guides that seem to not catch the balance and keep them where the should stay when ra ... (cont.)

I need to replace two of these. They are on the inside the window channels at the top of both sides. They seem to be a stopping point so the channel balance stays in the channel. They are attached to the channels with two screws.
