We received the new channel.and they've perfect matches to our old ones. Unfortunately I thought the attachments were included as both sides are broken. Please advise on the correct part to order.

Hello, I bought the channel balance but the plastic part that clips into the window and prevents the channel balance from shooting out of the top of the window has broken,. see attached photos. Thanks Brad

The serial no. Is very hard to see as it's worn off but what I can make out looks to be : 26 4 FV CMC 52 Can you point me in right direction regarding proper replacement parts please ?

Measures 27" metal end to metal. The plastics ends look differently. Can you please tell me which size we need?

I have two windows that I just replaced the inside spring valance (I bought them from SWISCO) and when I load the windows this piece is broken on one side of each of the two windows. Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what it is you're asking for. A channel balance shoe is specifically the attachment at the bottom of the metal channel. What you're showing us in the picture is a Top Sash Guide. Top Sash Guides fit into the top of the window sash and keep the channe ... (cont.)

I need to replace a channel balance but all I have is an ink identifying number of 32 4GK Caldwell. The metal part only is 33" long it's 1/2" wide and has a 1" plastic end. Hi, I think the pictured window channel balance accsory is broken do you carry the replacement?

I am looking for the plastic piece that goes in the tract for the window. I believe it is called the balancer shoe. It is at the top of the sliding window and holds the balancer in place.

The rope on my window balance broke and so the window only hangs on one balance that has the rope intact. I took pictures of the balance and a picture of the sticker I found on the inside of the window. Could you help me figure out what I can replace this with? These are Atrium windows and the metal ...
