I live in a 2007 Redman Manufactured Home in Yuma, Arizona. I need to replace channel balances and guides. The balance is 1/2 inch wide and 27 inches long. I have reviewed your videos on how to measure the balance properly. I think the balance is either a S380 or S385? The guide looks like a 18-176 ... (cont.)

I am in a search for two parts. ONe is the channel balance and the other is a plastic part that resides at the top of the windwo portion

Top Sash Guide is 1 1/2" tall Top width 3/16" Bottom 5/8" Do you carry this item. There is no manufacturer on markings. Thank you for your quick response.

Hello, I'm looking for 10 of this Atrium vinyl window upper balance catches, I've attached photos showing the complete undamaged catch and the broken catch next to it, also photos showing the upper catch in the upper window frame. The installation of the new balances went pretty well, and 10 windows are running like new. Wife is happy. :) However, on the last window (seriously, it was the LAST window :( ...), I found that the top of the frame had been blown out when the original balance failed. I have a broken balance but I'm not sure your replacements will work. I'm not sure of the window manufacturer. The bottom plastic has a different shape than the ones on your site. The stamped number on the metal is 26 9. The metal measured 26-11/16?

Hello, I think this is a Kinko window. I?m unable to identify a similar guide from your part listing, can you help? The window frame identified the window as part number H-LC25-54x90, series 1000, PL # 034-019. It was installed in about 2001.

I'm ordering several 30" series 385 channel balance, but I'm not sure what top sash balance to get, either the 5/8 or 1/2. The top sash I have doesn't match anything on your website. I enclosed some pics.

Hi, I have determined that we need to replace some of our channel balances with the S385-28" model.
