Hi, I have determined that we need to replace some of our channel balances with the S385-28" model. I also have a broken piece that screws into the top of sash that I think is called a Top Sash Guide. Pictures of a non-broken one in a window and of the broken one are attached. I need help identifying the name of this part as well as where I can find it please. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't see any identifying marks on the window or the part. Thank you!

Hi there! Just got my S380-34 Channel Balances and upon replacing one, I found the pictured part (a shoe?) is cracked and will not hold the top of the CB. Opening in window portion is 5/8" there is a 1/2" gap on either side to where it connects to the frame. I know I need a 28inch channel balancer but I don't know which one specifically. Including photos.

channel rail, the metal measures 27" not including the plastic. I'll also need plastic inserts for the window pane. I'll send that separate

Hello, The only thing it says on my balancer is 27-4, and from what I can tell, these look like a 28" Series 395 balancer and 18-008 Sash guide. Could you confirm the model I need to replace the balancer and sash guide in the attached pics? Thanks, Tim
