Hello - trying to identify this part. Also ordering a series 385 non-tilt channel balance. I think this is a top sash guide - attached to the window at top. Help please.

I need two 2640 single hung balances for Pella window and two top sash guides. It appears the 385-27 is the correct balance, but I can't find the same top sash guides as shown in my photographs. Please advise, so I can place the order. Staff Contracting, Inc Richard

please tell me which top sash guide I should purchase see attached picture. Also, have a 30 lb window what size 34" 33 4 BQ caldwell stamped on the channel

The channel balance has the following stamped on it: 30 4 BSI The length of the "metal" part of the balance is 31"

Hi, I am looking for a top sash guide to replace the one in the attached images. I plan to use it with the S390-30 channel balance. If you do not have the exact sash guide can you suggest one that would work? Thank you

Hello I need 4 balance replacements all same type/size. Dimension: width 9/16" (it is a little bigger then 1/2 in), length of the metal part 28". See also 114/115/116/117 pictures attached. Need replacement parts for window channel balance mechanism. Mechanism is 28" long x 1/2" wide and has the following stamp on it: "Stamp 27-4 Caldwell.
