Ordered 1 each 38-098, 1 each 38-097 and 2 each 38-079 to replace existing (original) sash locks and keepers. Installed using existing screw holes and windows would not lock. Tried new sash lock with both new and old keepers with no success. Have I ordered the wrong lock? Thank you. ... (cont.)

Have several Vistarama casement window locks with brown levers. Hose built 1963. Lock housing 3"x2 & 1/2". Having trouble with photo page, so emailed photos separately.

Weathershield hardware, goldtone, mid 90s from arch top casement wood window. Need frame side locks (2 per right side, 2 per left side), for right and left casement, and the receiver side of locks on the casement side (2 per rt side, 2 per left side).

I just bought 21 of the 38-097 casement window locks. They look a lot like my originals, but the sweep won't reach the keeper. What can I do?

I'm looking to get 6 r/h and 6 l/h of the sash locks shown in the photo. The only markings on the lock removed from the window are TRUTH and Made in U.S.A.
