This is a latch for an old window that opens out. If you can help me with this latch, I need one for a left open window and one for a right open window. Thank you very much.

hi. Looking for some new window locks like this, but white. Basic measurements are 3 inches tall and and the side with the actual lock (not the lever) is 1 1/8 inch wide. Hoping you have such a thing? Thanks for the help. Susan

Does EntryGard Sash Lock Product Code: 38-098 Come with the Lock Keeper? Or does that need to be ordered separately?

Hello, This particular window doesn't lock like my other swing windows do. It only cranks closed. The part that attaches to the window frame for the hook to tighten is not there. One photo shows where it should be and that one has never been installed there either. My question is this lock broken or ... (cont.)

We have these awning windows 58" X 34", interior wood (pine) exterior metal clad in a home built in 1999. The manufacturer is unknown to us. We may need new round knob crank hardware as well as screens and gaskets. Can you identify the product? I found no glazing stamp to go by.

Hoping that these can be identified, we're hoping to replace the hardware with something in oil rubbed bronze/black if possible.

I am looking to change the hardware to white in my window. The lock mechanism is marked Truth, Made in USA and 40226. I believe these are sash locks LH:38-097 and RH:38-098 I also need covers and cranks. 39-107, 39-114L Can you verify I found the correct parts? Thanks, Tom

Hello ,I need replacement hardware to match the piece that attaches to the moveable part of the window, the part that pulls in so that window is closed firmly. Do you have this item? It is 1 3/4" x 3/8" Thank you. -Ann

The pictures include one window lock 3" long; it is labeled "R" for right. The sill mounted operator shown is for the left window, but I want the right operator (old right one missing). The arm is 9" long. Can you order me the appropriate replacements for both? Thanks.
