I'm looking for new replacement rollers for a Pella sliding glass door whose serial number is 16CFR 1201 II SGCC 1921 1/8U, with CTGB Tempered glass. It was installed in 2002. Do you have a roller that would fit this door?

Bearing is shot. Have not found a direct replacement with the flanges.

Please help me find the part number for the wheel unit in a Pella sliding patio door. The part is 2 3/4" wide by 11/16" deep. I don't know how tall. I need to replace the rollers on my sliding door. I see the rollers come in two types, one for old style and one for new style. My door was installed in 2000 so what roller is appropriate for my door. Thank you.

I think this is a 81-244? The door was installed in 1998. Would that be the correct roller to order? I also see they are out of stock. When do you expect them in?

The rollers need replacement. It is about 10-11 years old.
