Trying to identify the model of a Pellla sliding door so I can order replacement sliders. The serial number rubbed off. Any ideas?

They measure 2 3/4 x 1 7/8 with 3/8 wide roller. All else being same but does not have the side wings. Thanks for all help

Our Pella bottom rollers are sticking and need replacement. Do all Pella doors use the same bottom rollers? Our doors are probably 10yrs old. my sliding glass door does not slide open and shut easily. I took the wheels off and cleaned them , but still feels like it is not sliding smoothly. what is causing this ?

I think it takes product # 81-249. Looks to measure 2 3/4" length , 1 11/16" height, and 5/8" width . metal wheel no bottom flange. your part has 11/16" width and looks like nylon wheel i just want to order the right one

Can anyone tell me how to remove these sliding door roller assemblies? Two rollers one left side and one on right side. I haven't taken the rollers out yet (hence no photos) but I know the part number of the rollers I need. It is Pella Roller Part # 0FAT0000 (confirmed with Bella). Do you have these replacements? Thanks in advance.
