We have a door from the late 1950's that has a broken mortise lock. I can't find a replacement to fit the mortise holes which are about 4 1/8". The holes on the handles are 4 1/4". Do you have a universal fit set that would work in it? Thanks, Chris

I need to add a key to a sliding glass door handle. The handle looks very much like the 82-063 and it seems to match the 3-7/8" hole spacing. You don't seem to have a key handle that matches the hole spacing. Also the aluminum extrusion is a little worn out. You think I can substitute with with the ... (cont.)

The plastic gear mechanism inside the interior door handle that rotates the locking arms has broken and cannot be repaired. Exterior door handle and lock are fine. Holespacing is 3& 15/16It?s a two pin surface mounted latching handle The hole spacing is 3 & 15/16th..These door were installed in 1970?s. Are these lattches still made?If not do you have a new latch that would work?Please adviseThank you Bob

My door has two issues with it:1) The frame is no longer square (this is true of the two sliding doors upstairs, too, all on the same wall as this one).
