15-198 Balance Clip Attachment

I am trying to figure out the model of this window balance. Metal to Metal Length is 36 inch. Width is between 1/2 and 5/8. It is a plain balance with a metal hook in thr top and and shoe on the bottom.

I need to place an order for S795 channel balances with the hook attached. The specific quantity is ten (10) S795-27E and two (2) S795-21G. Please process a material part number so I may execute and the order as soon as possible. Thank you.

Do you have these? The balance is 26" long the shoe is an 1" wide. The jamb it fits into is an 1-1/4" I need 18 of each.

I have 2 windows that are in rough shape. 1 balancer on either side has a broken string. I think it would be best to get all new hardware for both windows. Are these photos sufficient to find out exactly what I would need?

The weighted window cord has a plastic clip that hooks at the top in the rail. The clip is broken us there a replacement for this plastic clip

I was looking for these balance rods product code S795-33 but I need a hook like product number 62-105 and was wondering if you guys had them.

The plastic clips that hold the channel in place have either come loose or have cracked.
