Need the replacement part for the window balance.

I need a replacement part (qty 1) for Pella channel balance. It is 16" long

Hung windows are 17 years old. Not opened often, except to clean twice/year. One unit failed (pictures attached). Looking for an identical replacement pair, at a minimum. I may buy more as "insurance" for the next window failure.Thank you for your help with this!VR, Gary

From the conversation that I had with your representative he explained to me that this window balance would need to be custom made. I also would need 2 window balance w/ any hardware that I would need to install the window balances. Can I get the cost of the parts. Thank you

I'm seeking a replacement channel balance as shown in the attached images

The MI window is 17 years old, and when they sent me a new balancer, it had the round connection down at the bottom for the pin coming out of the window. As you can see by my pictures, I need something with a flat rectangular type pin.

Please find pix of 16"x 1/2" channel and parts from 36x37 Pella replacement double hung w tilt out. Some of the parts are broken and not entirely sure which new ones I need. Many thanks. DB

I need a replacement block and tackle for a tilt window. The rod is 27 inches long, 1/2" deep, and 1/2" wide, straight, and has "27G BSI" markings on it. I need two of these balances. I can't see the size of the shoe. Can you? How long will they take? I have heard just a couple of days but I have also heard more than a month.

My part has "28E" engraved on the outside of the channel. I believe this is the 765 but your description says the top is a screw in type clip. Mine has an actual clip that is installed into a hole in the window frame. I have several that I need to replace that have come detached from the window. ... (cont.)

Hi, can you provide window balances that will directly replace this?

Looking to make sure I'm ordering the correct balance before I order them. Metal channel measures is 26" long and 9/16" wide. It is stamped with a 26C BS and looks like is probably your S795-26, but mine has a hook clip on top, where the one in you photo is a screw in clip. Thanks for your help. ... (cont.)

It is 34 inches long has numbers and letters 34D R BSI on the side. The window is 3x6. Bottoms folds open.
