I have Milgard windows with a 28D channel balance. I need a hook mount for the top but I am unsure whether I have a closed cam or open cam shoe. Can you confirm the style from the photos attached? Thanks!

I have a 2008 NV Homes townhouse with 2 identical Patriot windows in which the right-hand side pivot lock shoe broke. The latch on one of the windows is also broken. I have a channel balance with 30c Stamped on it. It has a closed cam t-lock end I believe is your 15-236. It looks like S-795 balancer but the end is not flat it has a hook. Do you have anything that will work? The balancer length is 30 inches

From the conversation that I had with your representative he explained to me that this window balance would need to be custom made. I also would need 2 window balance w/ any hardware that I would need to install the window balances. Can I get the cost of the parts. Thank you
