Looking to find the correct part number to order. 26c is stamped on the window balance. It is a sliding window (no tilt out, except for removal.

I am looking for a price on this balance. I am needing 2 of them. It is a S795-30 Balance. It needs the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam. and a 15-198 Balance Clip.

Need to order replacement for this part. At least 4. From my windows.

Hello,I recently purchased 10 28" Series 795 channel balances (28C) and they came with a tab at the top whereas my windows have a hole for a hook. I saw on a thread that a hook needs to be custom made... Is that true? If so, how much would that cost for 10 channel balances? Is there any way to attac ... (cont.)

The balance rod pictures are from a 27 C model number and the rod is 27" in length. Refer to the pictures for each end that is needed

Apparently the shoe on one of the two window balances has broken and is no longer in the channel. It probably broke during use by the previous owners of the house. Hello, I'm looking for a replacement for this channel balance. I didn't find one with a hook on the end. I've already replaced the shoe (FS265-XCP2 1'' Pivot Lock Shoe) but the string snapped on one of the channel balances. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I'm looking for replacement shoes for my current channel. The closest shoe I can find on your site to what I current have is 15-194. However, after doing some research I believe I will also need a new channel. Does this seem correct based on my uploaded photos? The channel length is 33" and ... (cont.)

I believe these are Atrium windows from around 2010. Both balancers' cord broke. They are 16" long with 16C BSI marked on one side. I don't find a balance that mounts with a "peg" like these do. Hopefully you can help. Thanks
