Sash on the left is original to the window and the sash to the right on the picture was order on your website. Hello,I recently purchased 10 28" Series 795 channel balances (28C) and they came with a tab at the top whereas my windows have a hole for a hook. Apparently the shoe on one of the two window balances has broken and is no longer in the channel. It probably broke during use by the previous owners of the house.
