I need to order four (4) S795-26B balances with 15-198 Clip attached.

This is a 1" pivot shoes which needs the indent for the spring carrier.

I need two of these balances. It looks like the shoe is a 15-224, but what do you think? The sash weighs 28 pounds. It attaches to the window with a hook.

I have a couple of the 32C-795 series balances. I will also need to order the 15-194 1" T-Loc. The problem I have is they have the cord hook instead of the screw mounted, and the hole is round. Is there any way to convert to the crew type? I am thinking maybe a plastic anchor, but not 100% on that. ... (cont.)

Stamping on balancer reads 26C BSI TH. The sash fell down. I was able to extract the right balance assembly which seems to be intact (not sure), and the left balance is stuck in the top half of the window track. Not sure which parts to order or exactly how to replace.

Sash on the left is original to the window and the sash to the right on the picture was order on your website. Issue I have is the hook at the end on the new one will not work.The lock boot and replacement window will work but the issue is the clip at the end. Can someone help me with this issue?For ...
