Crank handles are missing and internals are stripped out. Window serial 83013001 Stamp on bottom of crank is F-9400-8A

If you are looking at my anderson casement window from the inside and the right side of the window is the part that needs to be replaced would this be considered a right or left side crank assembly by anderson..is it 39-146 or 39-147? Under the cover of the operator are two codes - B61529 &. B61530 At the end of swing arm it attaches to a track with a pin, and then that track has rollers in it. There are numbers on the hinge, part of the window plate and these are. 0618707. & 1361348.
