Has number stamped on fork of lever- 2249 (Locking Lever) Has number stamped on inside of crank-2112 (Window Crank)

I need this replacement part, but my existing broken mechanism has the locking handle on the left side of the body, not the right. Does it matter? I can't find any other versions of this product, so maybe it can just be flipped over or go in as-is and the lever will now be closer to the window than ... (cont.)

The latch is broken in the locked mode. Window cannot be opened. Ply Gem Windows told me that you handle all of their repair part. I hope you can help me. I'm not sure how to get the latch off to replace it. The windows were installed in 2004. The local window shop said they are a Ply Gem 700 series ... (cont.)

Window operator is marked Truth Hardware so I assume lock is same. Not sure if handed, but need replacement for broken handle on other window next to this one in photos, both locks are mounted in center mullion of double casement.

Upon contacting Simonton window company, they informed me that they stoped making particular hardware and advised me to contact you. I am looking to replace broken window unlocking handles. Thanks in advance for you help. George.

The center holes are 3 1/2" apart. I can not find any markings on the item that can identify the manufacturer. Do you have anything that looks similar with same center hole pitch? Thanks.
